You can cancel your booking by email or telephone. Your booking is not cancelled until you have received confirmation from Donegal EC.
In the event that you have to cancel for any reason, cancellation fees will be calculated as follows:
Any experience paid in full will be refunded (less booking fees) if cancelled at least 7 days in advance of the ride date.
If cancellation is made between 2 and 7 days the fee will be refunded less 20% of the total fee paid.
No refund or transfer of rides will be allowed if less than 48 hours notice of cancellation is given.
Any refunds will be made back to the credit/debit card used via Stripe/PayPal within 30 working days.
If you fail to turn up, you will be required to pay in full.
If you are late and we cannot reschedule the ride you will be required to pay in full.  We ask all clients to arrive 15 minutes before their ride time.
Insurance against cancellation, accident, illness etc is the responsibility of the client. Personal and travel insurance is strongly recommended.
