HOW TO SEND & USE YOUR GIFT CARD

Digital Gift Cards

Buy online for any amount you choose. Your gift card can be used for full or part payment when booking online. Any remaining balance stays on the card for another booking.

After purchase, you can add a personal message and send the gift card directly to the recipient. You'll also receive an email confirmation, so you can buy now and send the gift later if you prefer.

Each gift card has its own unique code which is entered at checkout when booking.

Prefer a traditional paper voucher?

Paper vouchers are also available for a fixed amount or for a specific experience. We can email or post the voucher to you or directly to the recipient.

Voucher Purchases & Redemption

Before Purchasing

Please ensure the intended rider meets the age, height, weight and riding ability requirements for the activity you are purchasing.
Our maximum rider weight is 220 lbs / 16½ stone / 105 kg.
All bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance. Please read our Terms & Conditions before purchasing.
Voucher Validtiy

Gift cards and vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of issue.
When can I use my voucher?

Vouchers can be used throughout the year, subject to availability. July and August are particularly busy, so we recommend booking well in advance.
How Do I Redeem It?

For online bookings, enter your digital gift card code at checkout.
Paper vouchers must be brought with you on the day of your ride. Please tell us when booking that you will be using a paper voucher.
If redeeming digital voucher onsite a printed copy of your confirmation email must be bought with you on the day of your ride.
Can I get a cash refund ?

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, but they may be transferred to another rider provided that person meets the requirements for the booked activity.
