WE OPERATE A 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY.
RIDES GO OUT IN ALL WEATHERS
IT WOULD BE RARE THAT WE WOULD CANCEL YOUR RIDE DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS
HOW TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING
You can cancel your booking by email or telephone.
Your booking is not cancelled until you have received confirmation from Donegal EC.
In the event that you have to cancel for any reason, refunds will be calculated as follows:
With Trip Protection
Cancel up to 12 hours before ride start time & you will receive full refund of ride fee less trip protection & processing fees.
Without Trip Protection
If cancelled at least 10 days in advance of the ride date full refund of ride fee (less charges)
If cancellation is made between 6 and 9 days in advance of the ride date, the refund will be less 30% of the ride fee paid (less charges).
If cancellation is made between 3 and 5 days in advance of the ride date, the refund will be less 50% of the ride fee paid (less charges)
Late Cancellation
No refund or transfer of rides will be allowed if less than 72 hours notice of cancellation is given.
Refunds are only for the ride fee and do not include processing charges.
Trip Protection is available as an optional extra when booking.
Further Information
If you fail to turn up, you will be required to pay in full.
If you are late and we cannot reschedule the ride you will be required to pay in full. We ask all clients to arrive 15 minutes before their ride time.

Insurance against cancellation, accident, illness etc. is the responsibility of the client. It is recommended that all clients have adequate personal accident and travel insurance.
